Alexandra Camille Renwick was designed in Canada, built in California, and released in Texas. Under various iterations of her name she has written dozens of short stories, including her award-nominated collection Push of the Sky, which earned a starred review in Publishers Weekly and was an official reading selection of the Powell’s Books SF Book Club. Her fiction draws from a mixed Caribbean/Scandinavian heritage and a bohemian childhood shaped by a folklore scholar, an accomplished artist, and a Norwegian grandma with a penchant for classic SF.

Resident of both US & Canada she hops between crime & noir, science fiction, and literary fabulism somewhere between Portland, Austin, and Ottawa, where she resides in the historic Timberhouse.
