Alex C. Renwick was born in California, grew up in Texas, and attended the University of Toronto. She has written dozens of short stories as Camille Alexa, including those in her award-nominated collection Push of the Sky, which received a starred review in Publishers Weekly and was an official reading selection of the Powell’s Books SF Book Club. Her shorter works have appeared in Ellery Queen’s and Alfred Hitchcock’s mystery magazines, Fantasy Magazine, and make/shift. Nonfiction venues include Portland Monthly and Locus Online.
She splits her time between Portland, Austin, and Montreal.
